I require payment upfront in the form of USD. I take Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp. I can also use Kofi.

I can work with either a drawn reference or photo references. I currently do not work off of description only references. Photos of some sort have to accompany the request.

Major changes of a finished commission may require an extra fee. Changes are free during sketching and lining phases.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Turnaround could be between days and months. I'm a parent to two kids and also have two jobs. Please do not commission me if you require a very fast turnaround. If you require a commission in a specific time, speed up fees could possibly be applied and are up for discussion.

I will try almost anything even if I've never drawn it beforehand.

Do not claim my work as your own, and if you'd like to use a character design commercially that is up for discussion.

You may edit and repost my art, however credit must be given.

Designs received from me, regardless if they are free, can be resold for any amount. They are yours to do with however you want.

Designs received from me cannot be used for anything hateful, bigoted, or discriminatory. I do not want my designs associated with anything nasty and against my normal TOS. I will revoke your ownership and either simply delete or rehome them depending.

Transphobic, homophobic, racist, xenophobic, ableist, antisemetic, etc themes.

Incest, zoophilia, or noncon.

Anything related to cops, the military, etc.
